What awaits You and Your Baby in the 9th Month of Pregnancy?

Your Baby;

Your baby's lungs are now working on their own.

- Takes 0,600 g per week.

- Stands upside down.

- At the end of this month, your baby is around 50 cm and weighs around 3 - 3.5 kilos.

Your Body;

Your belly button may stand out.

- As the baby moves down, your breathing becomes easier. However, as the baby puts more pressure on the bladder, you will need to urinate more frequently.

- You may feel discomfort due to the pressure and weight of the baby.

- Your feet and ankles swell. Lift your feet up. Try to keep it in a cool place.

- The cervix begins to open as the birth approaches.

- You will not gain weight this month. You can even lose close to 1 kg.

Your Prenatal Care Guide;

Visit your doctor once a week after 36 weeks.

- In the following cases, it means that the birth has started.

+ If contractions occur at regular intervals (for example, every 7 minutes)

+ If there are more than 5 contractions in 1 hour

+ If it takes 30 - 70 seconds

+ If it gets worse as you fidget

Call your doctor for delivery.
